I started with McDonald’s® as a crew person when I was just sixteen years old, then two years later was promoted to a shift manager. In 2014, I became a general manager at the age of twenty-one and worked for McDonald’s Corporation until 2016 when I moved to Jacksonville to work for an independent owner/operator. Two years later, Caspers Company took over, and it has been the best thing to happen to all of us.
I was born in Tallahassee to my late mother Erica Davis and my father Gregory Lightfoot. In 2011, I graduated from Amos P. Godby High School and then attended F.A.M.U. where I graduated with my bachelor’s degree in business administration and a minor in human resources. I am also a licensed minister at the Refreshing Oasis Church. Recently, I just became engaged to the love of my life, Deondra Hamilton, and we plan to get married on June 15, 2019.
As of 2018, I am the general manager of the Fouraker McDonald’s #12052 in the Jacksonville area. Caspers Company has made sure that we have all become part of the family. I am grateful to have met so many new people and create all new memories. I cannot wait for the future with this company.
